Last week I got some really exciting news...The best part was opening my email and seeing "MEXICO!!!" on the subject line in my inbox...I've been accepted for a 4 week internship in Mexico this summer! I will be in Puebla (about 2 hours from Mexico City) for 4 weeks in June, shadowing medical students at la Universidad de las Americas Puebla (UDLAP). While many of the details are still in the works, I'm already getting excited (and nervous)! This will be a great opportunity for clinical experience as well as practicing my Spanish...I have a lot of work to do before June!
