Puebla: day 8

Today I went back to Betania. To be honest I don't care for this hospital very much, it's a little sad. I can picture myself working in a hospital like Betania, but it's frustrating to go and observe but feel like I'm not able to help. I attended the second part of the course which was basically like yesterday. More than anything it gave me a chance to work on my medical Spanish and brush up on some words I didn't remember. I was pleasantly surprised that I understood everything in the presentations. I guess my Spanish has really improved in a week!

Later tonight our friends from BUAP came to Cholula and we had fun hanging out with them and some of our friends who are students here. We hadn't planned on staying out late but at a certain point we decided it would be easier to stay up all night than to sleep for a couple hours and then get up...we have a trip tomorrow with the international students to Guanajuato and we're leaving at 4:30. Ok maybe staying up wasn't the best decision, but we had alot of fun!
